Easy Parmesan Crisp (KETO)

No need to buy those over priced cheese snacks at the grocery store when you can make our Easy Parmesan Crisp at home! Prepared these in advance and you've got yourself a tasty party time treat or anytime snack.


16 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese (the real stuff)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a Silicon Mat or Parchment Paper on a baking sheet. Make tablespoon mounds of cheese, about 2 inches apart, on the baking sheet and flatten out into a round shape.

Bake for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and looks light golden brown. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow to cool until the cheese crisps up, enjoy.

Note: Top the cheese with a slice of pepperoni and bake for a cool twist on this snack. Or try using other cheeses like sharp cheddar to have a verity of crisp.
