Sugar Free Maple Syrup (KETO)

Make this tasty homemade Maple Syrup for your next time have our Rosa's Fluffy Pancakes, recipe on this website. Add some crispy bacon or sausage, side of fruit and you'll have yourself a perfect complete breakfast.


2 cup Water

1 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener

1/4 cup Butter

1/2 tsp Maple Extract

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum (for thickener)


In a medium pot add the water and sweetener then whisk together. Turn the stove burner on low/medium and cook until dissolved stirring on occasion. Add the butter, maple and vanilla extracts and whisk until melted.

Allow to cook for about 5 minutes. Quickly whisk in the xanthan gum so it doesn't clump up. Turn burner on low and allow to simmer and thicken for about 10-15 minutes. Turn off burner and allow cooling completely. Pour the syrup in an airtight container until use.
